INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTEERS

​At Coimadai Primary School we value and welcome the contributions that volunteers can provide for the children's education. Whether it be listening to children read, helping out with our Clubs program or working around the school yard and buildings. In accordance with DET regulations and government requirements all volunteers are required to hold the following documentation;

1. Working With Children Check. This is easily applied for online and is free to volunteers. When applying please make sure that you nominate Coimadai Primary School as the organisation that you are volunteering with. Once approved the Principal will receive a copy of your Working With Children Check. Further information can be found at https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ 

2. Child Safe Code of Conduct. A copy of this can be obtained from the office and is mandatory for all staff and volunteers.
